• Account details: your name, email address and a password stored as a salted hash.
• Purchase details: which licenses you bought, prices, dates and download counts. Card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Payout and tax details (contributors only): your legal name, address, payout method and details, tax classification, tax identification number and, for non-US contributors, citizenship and date of birth. Tax numbers and payout details are stored encrypted and are visible only to the site owner. Signed model and property releases you upload are private and are opened only by you and the site owner.
• Contributor details: your uploads, keywords, earnings, payouts and the date you accepted the contributor agreement.
• Technical data: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, and basic server logs (IP address, time, page) for security.

3. Why we use it

• To run your account, deliver purchases and pay contributors (contract).
• To prevent fraud and abuse and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
• To meet tax, accounting and legal duties (legal obligation).

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payments and issue refunds.

• The contributor's display name appears next to their images. We do not show buyers' details to contributors.

5. Cookies

6. How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept while your account exists and for as long as tax and accounting law requires afterward. You can ask us to delete your account. We will keep records we are legally required to keep.
